Dozer's Summer seasonal blend - Voltage - is back. Voltage is a medium roasted blend and is on the fruity side and intended to represent Summer flavors.
Currently a blend of Guatemala, Nicaragua, and Ethiopia
Both the Guatemala and Ethiopia are a washed process coffee, with the Nicaragua being a natural process adding a Summer stone fruit vibe.
We are getting peach/stone fruit notes, with some dark chocolates, and finishes reminiscent of pink lemonade flavor. This is roasted on the light/medium side with balanced acidity.
